BEST CARE PLAN BOOK EVER!!!

If anyone has had as much difficulty finding the perfect book as I have, they know whats up. So I literally spent 20 hours of research searching for the PERFECT care plan book. After my exhaustive study, I found this little dream of a book!! So why this one?? I chose this book because it gives you EVERYTHING you need to create an A+++ care plan. It includes disease processes, the nursing diagnosis related to the said medical condition, outcomes, and the best part- it includes both interventions with ALL the scientific rationales in an easy to read and fluent manner that makes writing up those dreaded care plans a breeze!! I would strongly recommend this book due to it's all inclusive style and really mean it when I say "This is the best care plan book ever". I bought the 2nd edition which was way cheaper than the newer version for pennies on the dollar and it is just as good as the one's my friends bought for $50 dollars. It's a must have and can be used for all area's of study as it includes Med Surg, Psych, Peds, and OB sections, so you can literally use it all through school!! I am thrilled and I usually don't leave reviews but I hope you take my word that this book is a MUST HAVE!! :)

This Nursing Care Plan book sucks. I bought this because the reviews were good but I have no idea why! There are limited care plans in here. I thought there would be a wide aray but that's not the case. The diagnoses I had to do weren't even in here for the particular disease process. A better recommendation is "A nursing handbook" by Betty Ackley & Gail Ladwig (8th edition)

Mike Palmquist is an Associate Provost at Colorado State University, where he leads university-wide efforts to enhance learning and teaching in face-to-face, blended, and distance courses. A professor of English and University Distinguished Teaching Scholar, he is recognized nationally for his work in computer-supported writing instruction and, in particular, in designing Web-based instructional materials to support writing. His most recent Web-based projects are Writing@CSU (http://writing.colostate.edu), an open-access, educational Web site for writers and writing instructors, and the WAC Clearinghouse (http://wac.colostate.edu), the leading site for communication across the curriculum. He is the author of numerous articles and essays on writing and teaching with technology and writing across the curriculum. In 2004, he received the Charles Moran Award for Distinguished Contributions to the Field, which recognizes "exemplary scholarship and professional service to the field of computers and writing." In 2006, the CCCC Committee on Computers in Composition and Composition named him Outstanding Technology Innovator. If this is not your writing style, stay away

Even though I hate English, I had to take it for my degree. This book was just ok. There were a lot of concepts that just did not match my writing style. I ended up only using it for the mandatory assignments that we had to use the book with. Other than that, I stayed away. I did like how cheap it was.

Poetry is a hard art form to review. I will say this, however; Hilborn really Poor's his heart into these pages. Its a bit short but if you're into poetry it is worth every penny. My copy is full of highlighted and marked pages. If you want to see his style before you buy, check out some of his poems on YouTube!

Neil Hilborn is one of my favorite spoken word poets. I came across him and Rudy Fransisco a few years ago and I've been in love since. When I heard that Neil released his own book full of his poems, I had to buy it. I received it a few days ago and I'm blown away and can't stop reading. I have so many annotations and notes for my favorite lines, etc. I really think anyone who is a fan of Neil's or of poetry in general, would love this

I saw some of his spoken word online a few months ago and automatically fell in love with his poetry. I can't do the book justice in a review but I would recommend it to anyone. Neil Hilborn's poetry is at once personal and relatable, and has already become a major influence on how I write. Read this book, and you'll be better for it.
